Privacy policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

This policy covers the CL for Desmos & Amplify plugin for ChatGPT and this website, both run by Aaron Veek (“I”).

What the plugin receives

When ChatGPT uses the plugin, it calls this server's tools on your behalf. Each call carries only what the tool needs: a search term, a knowledge-base entry ID, or a document name. Requests may also carry metadata that ChatGPT adds; the server doesn't read or store it. The server doesn't receive your name, email address or ChatGPT account. There are no accounts, cookies or tracking on this server or website.

How it's used

Only to answer that request: the server looks up the entry in the knowledge base and returns it. To find a document by name, it passes the name to Google Drive, where the knowledge base is stored.

What is kept, and for how long

The server itself stores nothing. Its host, Vercel, keeps a technical log of each request (such as the time, the address requested, the status and the client type) for about one hour; the contents of tool calls are not logged. Support emails you send me, and anything you submit through the optional feedback form, are kept until I delete them.

Who else is involved

I don't sell or share data with anyone else, and there are no ads.

Your choices

You can stop using the plugin at any time by removing it in ChatGPT. To have your support emails or feedback deleted, email aaronveek@gmail.com.

Students and children

The plugin is meant for teachers building activities and isn't directed at children under 13. Please don't include student names or other personal information in your requests.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Questions: aaronveek@gmail.com.
